(2) Know the response of a website-based tourism information system in the Bira Bulukumba area. This study uses the four-D (4-D) method with the stages, namely: (1) Define (define). (2) Design (design). (3) Development (development). (4) Disseminate (disseminate). Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: (1) Website-based Tourism Information System in the Bira Bulukumba Region is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram, (usecase diagram, sequence, and the data-based diagram of a Black-princogram (2) Based on the system validation conducted by 2 expert validators produce a value of 0,8 with a high level of validity, meaning that the system has good quality and attraction. The user response to the system was obtained from a test results resulted in a value of 84%. (2) know the process of using the Web Information System at the Tugondeng Village Office. This research uses qualitative methods using an R&D or Research and Development approach to develop a Village Information System at the Tugondeng Village Office. This method has 6 stages of preparation including: (1) identifying potential problems, (2) research and data collection, (3) design, (4) design validation tests, (5) product validation and finally (6). This research uses data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires / questionnaires, documentation. The results of the study, using a Database Management System (DBMS) consisting of use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. This system uses a MySQL database using Research and Development and uses PHP, CSS, and HTML programming languages, showing the results that the implementation of a website-based village information system effectively facilitates access to information for residents, such as village budget data, population data, activity agendas, beneficiary data and public services. (2) To find out the user's response to the web-based SPP payment administration information system at the Pakkusianta Al-Istiqamah Bulukumba Islamic boarding school. This research uses 4D methods, namely <em>Define</em>, Design, <em>Development, </em>and<em> Disseminate</em>. <em> </em>The test method used is <em>Black box testing. </em>The results of this study are (1) Web-based SPP payment administration information system at Pesantren Pakkusianta Al-Istiqamah Bulukumba which can present data more efficiently and can store processed results. The web-based SPP payment administration information system is built using PHP programming language and MySql database<em>.</em> System design uses <em>UML (Unifield Modeling Language) language </em>which consists of <em> use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams</em>. (2) The calculation result of the respondent's assessment is obtained a percentage of 92.4%. The research method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall Model. It has several stages, namely: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The data collection used was: Interviews, Literature Study and Documentation. The results of this research are: (1) This website-based rental information system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and programmed using the PHP programming language so that it can make it easier and faster for customers to search for rentals. (2) Result of implementing a website-based rental information system in Bulukumba district, that is, with this website, it can provide fast service to potential customers when they want to rent a rental.
