1. Manuscript Originality and Authorship

  • Submissions must be original works that have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration by another journal.

  • Authors must ensure that all listed contributors meet the criteria for authorship and that no ghostwriting or honorary authorship is included.

  • A signed Statement of Originality must accompany each submission.

2. Scope and Relevance

  • Manuscripts should fall within the journal’s scope, focusing on topics in management, business, entrepreneurship, economics, and organizational studies.

  • Interdisciplinary works are welcome if they demonstrate clear relevance to management and business research.

3. Formatting and Length

  • Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Length: 5,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.

  • Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides.

  • Page numbers must be included.

4. Article Structure

Each manuscript should follow this structure:

  1. Title Page — Title, author names, affiliations, and contact details.

  2. Abstract — 150–250 words, followed by 3–5 keywords.

  3. Introduction — Background, research problem, objectives, and significance.

  4. Literature Review — Theoretical framework and relevant prior studies.

  5. Methodology — Research design, data collection, and analysis methods.

  6. Results and Discussion — Findings supported by tables/figures, with interpretation.

  7. Conclusion and Implications — Summary of findings, limitations, and recommendations.

  8. References — Complete list of cited works.

5. Typography and Style

  • Use APA Style (7th edition) for citations and references.

  • Headings should be clearly structured (e.g., Heading 1, Heading 2).

  • Avoid excessive use of footnotes; integrate information into the main text.

  • Non-English terms must be italicized and explained at first use.

6. Figures, Tables, and Visual Materials

  • Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and referenced in the text.

  • Provide clear titles and captions.

  • Images must be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted materials.

7. References and Citation Management

  • References must follow APA 7th edition.

  • Use citation management tools (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote) to ensure accuracy.

  • All references must be cited in the text; uncited works should not appear in the reference list.

8. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo editorial screening for scope and compliance with guidelines.

  • Eligible manuscripts proceed to double-blind peer review.

  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.

  • Final decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) are made by the Editor-in-Chief.

9. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must comply with ethical standards in research and publication.

  • Plagiarism, falsification of data, and duplicate submission are strictly prohibited.

  • Ethical approval must be stated for studies involving human participants.

10. Submission Procedure

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system.

  • Authors must upload:

    • The manuscript file

    • Statement of originality

    • Supplementary materials (if applicable)
