Abstract

The development of 21st century knowledge requires high quality human resources who have critical thinking skills and communicative skills. Higher order thinking skills are an indication ofthe success of increasing human resources in education in the 21st century, especially critical thinking skills and communicative skills. The type of research used in this research is a literaturereview study. The product in the form of the ANTISISISI learning model refers to the ADDIE development model with the stages of (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate but in this development limited trials were carried out up to the third stage, namely Develop (development). In the ANTISISISI learning model, 5 stages were developed, namely Stimulation, Attention, Discussion, Collaboration, Evaluation. This learning model innovation is expected to empower students' critical thinking skills and communicative skills so that they can improve human resources
